Every purchase is protected by our 12-Month TRENDIFY™ Protection Plan covering manufacturer defects under normal use.

  • Free replacement parts for covered defects (sensor, keypad, PCB, motor/handle, app connectivity).
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): If reported within 7 days of delivery with video proof, we provide a full unit replacement.
  • What’s not covered: cosmetic wear, water damage (for non-waterproof models), misuse, unauthorized repairs, consumables.
  • How to claim: Email support@trendifyhub.com or WhatsApp +1 (925) 758-1800 with your order number + short video of the issue.

  • For installed smart locks, we provide part replacement for covered defects (fastest resolution).
  • Full replacement applies to DOA cases only (reported within 7 days with evidence).
  • Uninstalled, unused items may be return-eligible (restocking/inspection may apply). Contact us first.

  • Includes mortise kit, IC cards, keys, screws, and installation guide.
  • Video installation guide provided via email after purchase.
  • Door fit: most standard U.S. doors (please check thickness & backset in product specs).
  • Professional locksmith installation is optional but recommended if you’re unsure.
  • Remote lock/unlock, access logs, and temporary PINs via the Tuya/Smart Life app.
  • Download from the App Store / Google Play (search “Tuya Smart” or “Smart Life”).
  • Requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for pairing; follow the in-box guide.
