Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can update addresses before dispatch. Please contact us ASAP with your order number.
Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Some carriers can deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO, but not all items are eligible. Chat with us on WhatsApp to confirm before ordering.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to refresh during carrier handoffs or weekends/holidays.
If there’s no update for 3+ business days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
What if the package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with household members and neighbors first, and look around the property (porch/garage/mailroom).
If still missing after 24 hours, contact us. High-value orders may require a signature on delivery.

Will my items ship together?
We try to ship in one parcel, but some orders may arrive in multiple boxes to speed delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
What if my item arrives damaged?
