TRENDIFY™ Limited Warranty
Selected products include a 12-Month Limited Warranty. Warranty applies only to items that display the “Warranty Eligible ” badge on their product page at the time of purchase.
🔒 What’s Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use for 12 months from delivery, including:
- Fingerprint sensor malfunction
- Keypad / password access failure
- App connectivity issues
- PCB / motherboard defects
- Handle or motor not responding
Water-Resistance Coverage (IP65)
TRENDIFY™ Smart Lock is IP65 certified, protecting against rain, splashes, and everyday outdoor weather.
In rare cases, minor components (such as the fingerprint sensor or keypad) may be affected. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the affected part.
- Full submersion in water (e.g., buckets, pools, tanks)
- Prolonged soaking or standing-water exposure
- Intentional damage or misuse
❌ Not Covered
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Water damage (for non-waterproof models)
- Misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear of accessories (batteries, screws, IC cards, keys)
- Products that do not display the Warranty Eligible badge
🔄 How to Make a Claim
- Report the issue: email support@trendifyhub.com or WhatsApp us: +1 (925) 758-1800. Include your order number and photos/video of the problem.
- Inspection: our team reviews your case. We may request a return for inspection and will provide instructions/labels if required.
- Resolution: if approved, we provide free replacement parts or a full replacement if repair isn’t feasible. If not approved, we may offer discounted repair/parts.

- Repair with new or refurbished parts
- Replacement with the same or comparable model
- Refund if repair/replacement isn’t reasonably available
📅 After-Warranty Support
After 12 months, spare parts and replacements are available for purchase directly from TRENDIFY™.
⚖️ Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. TRENDIFY™ is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where permitted by law. Liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
